I’m a First Responder
As conservative local small-business owners, our family has deep roots in military service, law enforcement, and firefighters, and we are deeply appreciative of the daily sacrifice our first responders make for us.
Inspired by this appreciation, we set out to create a program available exclusively to the community of first responders and military personnel, their families, and retirees. That’s why we created the Gate12 Thin Line Only program.
For every Thin Line Only client that we work with, we donate 10% of our commission back at the close of escrow in the form of closing cost assistance. This is a sincere token of appreciation for all that you do for our community on a daily basis. We are beholden to you for our safety, rule of law, and freedoms, and we can’t thank you enough for your service.
