After enjoying a successful and rewarding tech sales career, Todd Mitchell marked his entry into real estate in 2010 when he partnered with his wife, Linda, to flip properties professionally. With Gate12 Real Estate, Todd continues his desire to strategically engineer the results sellers want before listing their homes on the market. He also strives to create a brand that places honesty and integrity above all else and threads his faith-based values into its fabric.

Originally from Southern California, Todd moved to Fresno in 1992 to study accounting at California State University, Fresno. His subsequent experience in corporate America prepared him well for a real estate career, where he forged many local connections, sharpened his technical aptitude, and learned invaluable business acumen and presentation skills not commonly found in agents. Todd’s breadth of clients includes first-timers, downsizers, and retirees, with an increasing number of sellers relocating out of California.

Todd’s concierge service maximizes his sellers’ property retail value, a craft he honed when flipping properties through the company he launched with Linda, Green Fin, Inc. Transforming the “worst to first,” they generated the highest neighborhood comps and raised everyone’s home worth in the process. Todd’s energy, expertise, and tenacity have enabled him to produce superior outcomes and experiences for his hundreds of clients and more than $120 million in sales.

Todd enjoys relaxing with his wife Linda, family, and friends — many of whom are past clients. He stays active by cycling, hiking, and walking. He also volunteers for and supports the Lighthouse Recovery Center, contributing a portion of each sale to the organization.
